As a club we rely on volunteers, and like to share the workload evenly. There are a couple of things we need to do over and above coaching on Sundays, namely manning the Tuck Shop and Marshalling the Car Park. The attached rota show which side needs to do those jobs each week. Volunteers names need to be confirmed to Paul O'Neill (paul.oneill@intelligent-data-collection.com by 1pm on Fridays.

There is also a rota regarding which sides have to park at Fugro each week to help us manage congestion and keep Emergency Vehicle Access clear on Sundays.

Thanks

Doug

WRFC Volunteers Rota

Rota for Car Park and Tuck Shop 'volunteers' showing which team is responsible for 'staffing' each week. Will review when we get to have fixtures.

Fugro Parking Rota - Mini And Juniors (Updated)

As part of our return to rugby during Covid19 and beyond, and to alleviate some of the parking issues experienced previously, including blocked Emergency vehicle access, we will be asking parents to use the  parking at Fugro on a rota basis.

NB Coaches and Volunteers (Kit Shop, Tuck Shop and Parking Marshalls etc) do not have to park at Fugro, unless we have no room. Given the U16s are a joint side with Oxford Quins I haven't included them as they are only here on alternate weeks and if we are hosting Quins it seem swrong to ask them to park elsewhere.
